Can I use a higher amp charger?

Only if the battery management system and manufacturer allow it. The charger must match voltage exactly, and exceeding the rated charge current can damage cells or void warranty.

Does charging faster damage the battery?

Higher charge current raises cell temperature, and heat is the main driver of cycle life loss. A 2 A charger is a reasonable everyday balance. Save 4 A and above for when you need the turnaround.

Should I charge to 100 percent every time?

For daily riding, stopping near 80 to 90 percent cuts the time the pack spends at high state of charge, which is what ages it on the shelf. Charge full when you actually need the range.
